Getting There

  • Car

    If you are driving from the center of Hamamat Ma'in, begin by heading east on the main road. Continue straight for approximately 10 minutes until you reach the intersection at the Dead Sea Highway (Route 65). Turn left onto Route 65 and follow the signs towards Machaerus. After about 15 minutes, you will see signs for The View (JJ26+MF). Turn right onto the access road leading to the viewpoint. Parking is available nearby.

  • Public Transportation

    To reach The View using public transportation, start by taking a local taxi or minibus from Hamamat Ma'in to the nearest bus station on Route 65. Once at the bus station, you can catch a bus heading towards Machaerus. Inform the driver that you wish to get off at The View (JJ26+MF). The bus ride should take about 30 minutes. Make sure to confirm with the driver when you board, as not all buses may stop at the viewpoint. The fare is usually inexpensive, around 1-2 Jordanian Dinars.
