From Hamamat Ma'in, head north on the Dead Sea Highway (Highway 65) towards Karak. After about 22 km, follow the signs to the right for the Dana Biosphere Reserve. You'll take the exit towards Dana and continue on the paved road for approximately 15 km until you reach the main entrance of the reserve. Be aware that there might be a small entrance fee, so keep some Jordanian Dinars ready.

To use public transportation, start by taking a taxi or a local bus from Hamamat Ma'in to the nearest larger town, which is Ma'in. From Ma'in, you can catch a bus heading towards Tafila or Karak, but make sure to ask the driver if they stop at Dana. If the bus does not stop directly at Dana, you may need to arrange a taxi from the nearest bus stop to the reserve. The total cost for the bus should be around 2-3 Jordanian Dinars, while a taxi from Ma'in can cost about 10-15 Jordanian Dinars.
