Turn left onto Route 15 and head south for approximately 60 kilometers. Follow the signs for Wadi Rum, and take the exit onto Route 30 towards Wadi Rum. Keep following the signs for Wadi Rum Protected Area. There is a small entrance fee of 5 JOD per person to enter the protected area.
