Walking
If you are starting from the Irbid City Center, head north on King Abdullah II Street. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Al-Mahatta Street. Turn left onto Al-Mahatta Street and continue for another 800 meters. You will pass by several shops and cafes along the way. After passing a small park on your right, look for a sign indicating Tabqet Fahel. Turn right onto the road leading towards Tabqet Fahel and walk for approximately 1.5 kilometers. You will notice the Abbasid Centre on your left, marked by its distinct historical architecture.
Public Transportation
From the Irbid Bus Station, take a local minibus heading towards Tabqet Fahel. Buses leave frequently, so you should not have to wait long. Inform the driver that you are going to the Abbasid Centre. The journey typically takes about 20-30 minutes. Once the bus arrives at the Tabqet Fahel stop, disembark, and walk a short distance north on the main road. The Abbasid Centre will be visible on your right after approximately a 10-minute walk.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct route, you can hire a taxi from anywhere in Irbid. Make sure to tell the driver you want to go to the Abbasid Centre in Tabqet Fahel. The drive will take around 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic. The taxi will drop you off right in front of the Abbasid Centre, which is easily identifiable by its historical features.
