Walking
Starting from the Jerash Archaeological Site, exit the site and walk towards the main road (Al-Hashimi Street). Turn right onto Al-Hashimi Street and continue walking for approximately 1.5 km. You will pass several local shops and restaurants. Keep an eye out for the signs pointing towards Amman. After reaching the intersection with the main highway, cross the street carefully at the pedestrian crossing. Continue straight until you reach the bus station.
Public Bus
From the Jerash city center, head to the local bus station, which is located near the main square. Look for buses heading to Amman. The fare is usually very affordable. Once on the bus, inform the driver that you need to stop at Wadi Al-Seer. The journey may take about 30-45 minutes, depending on traffic. After you arrive in Wadi Al-Seer, ask locals for directions to Qasr Al-Abed, as it is a well-known tourist attraction.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct route, you can hire a taxi from Jerash. Taxis are usually available at the central locations in Jerash, or you can ask your hotel to arrange one for you. Make sure to negotiate the fare before starting your journey. The taxi ride to Qasr Al-Abed should take around 30 minutes. Inform the driver of your destination, and they will take you right to the entrance.
