Walking
From the center of Jerash, head north towards the Jerash Archaeological Park. Once you reach the park entrance, continue straight ahead until you reach the main road. Turn left onto the main road (King Abdullah II Street) and walk approximately 1.5 kilometers. You will see signs pointing towards Umm el-Jimal. After about 20 minutes of walking, you will arrive at Umm el-Jimal, a historical site known for its Roman ruins.
Taxi
If you prefer to take a taxi, find a taxi stand near the Jerash Archaeological Park or hail one from the street. Tell the driver you would like to go to Umm el-Jimal. The trip should take about 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic. Make sure to agree on a fare beforehand or ensure the meter is running.
Bicycle
You can also rent a bicycle from a local shop in Jerash. Once you have your bike, head north towards the Jerash Archaeological Park. After passing the park, continue on the main road (King Abdullah II Street) for about 1.5 kilometers.
