Continue walking south on this road for about 500 meters until you reach the entrance to the Jerash archaeological site. Enter the site by purchasing a ticket at the entrance. After about 10 minutes of walking, you will arrive at the Oval Plaza, which is a large, open area surrounded by impressive colonnades.
