Bus
From Kerak, walk to the main bus station located near the town center. Look for buses heading towards the Dead Sea area or Ein Gedi. The bus ride will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. Once you arrive at the Ein Gedi stop, walk towards the entrance of the Ein Gedi nature reserve, which is clearly marked. Follow the signs for a short walk to the main area of Ein Gedi.

You can catch a taxi from any point in Kerak. Head towards the main thoroughfare where taxis usually wait. Inform the driver that you wish to go to Ein Gedi. The drive will take about 1 hour, and you can enjoy the scenic views along the way. Taxis will drop you off at the entrance of Ein Gedi.

If you're taking a bus and get off at the Ein Gedi stop, after disembarking, walk towards the entrance of the Ein Gedi nature reserve. Look for the signage that directs you toward the park entrance, which is approximately a 10-minute walk from the bus stop.
