From Ma'an Plateau, head south on the main road (Route 15) towards Dana. Continue for approximately 30 km until you reach the Dana Village sign. Follow the signs to Dana Biosphere Reserve. The entrance is located near the village and is marked clearly. There is a small entrance fee, so be ready to pay (approximately 5 JOD).

Take a bus from Ma'an to Dana Village, which departs from the central bus station. The bus ride takes about 1 hour and costs around 2 JOD. Once you arrive in Dana Village, you can either walk to the entrance of the reserve (approximately 30 minutes) or hire a local taxi to take you directly to the entrance for about 3-5 JOD.
