From the center of Ma'an, head east on King Abdullah Street (the main street). Continue walking for about 1 km until you reach the intersection with Al-Hussein Street. Turn left onto Al-Hussein Street and walk for another 500 meters. You will notice signs pointing towards Qasr al-Bint. Keep following the signs, and after another 300 meters, you will find the entrance to Qasr al-Bint on your right.
