From Ma'in Hot Springs, you can catch a local bus heading to Madaba. Buses typically depart from the main road near the hot springs. Inform the driver that you wish to go to Machaerus. The bus ride will take around 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Machaerus stop, you may need to walk for about 15 minutes to reach وادي ام عرنه / wadi Um Arna. Be sure to check the bus schedule as it may not run frequently.
