If you are starting from the Mafraq city center, head south on Al-Omari Street toward Al-Masri Street. Continue straight for about 500 meters. You should reach the junction with Al-Hussein Street. Turn right onto Al-Hussein Street and walk for approximately 1 kilometer until you reach the main bus station. From the bus station, take a local bus heading to Amman. Inform the driver to drop you off near the Byzantine Church in Amman, which is located near the Amman Citadel.

From the Mafraq city center, locate the nearest bus stop and board a bus to Amman. The journey will take around 1 hour. Once in Amman, get off at the stop nearest to the Citadel area. From there, it's a short walk to the Byzantine Church, which is situated within the Amman Citadel complex. Follow the signs to the Citadel entrance and then proceed to the Byzantine Church.
