Walking
From the center of Mafraq, start at the Mafraq Grand Mosque. Head west on King Abdullah Street. Walk straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Al-Mashareqa Street. Turn left onto Al-Mashareqa Street and continue walking for another kilometer. You'll arrive at the bus station where you can find local transport options to Amman. Purchase a ticket for a service taxi or bus heading to Amman, which may take around 30-45 minutes.
Public Transport
Once in Amman, disembark at the South Bus Station (Mwahad). From there, take a local bus or taxi to Al Hashimi Street. Inform the driver that you want to go to Habiba Sweets, which is a well-known landmark. This should take about 15 minutes. After arriving, the Umayyad Reservoir is a short walk away from Habiba Sweets. Head east on Al Hashimi Street for a few minutes until you see signs for the reservoir.

After reaching Habiba Sweets on Al Hashimi Street, walk approximately 300 meters eastward. Look for the signs indicating the direction towards the Umayyad Reservoir. The reservoir is situated next to a small park area, making it easy to find. Enjoy the scenic views along the way!
