If you're driving, start from the main entrance of Mujib Nature Reserve. Head west on the main road towards the Dead Sea. After approximately 12 km, look for signs pointing towards Wadi Ghuweir. Turn left onto a smaller road marked with 'Wadi Ghuweir' signs. Continue for about 3 km until you reach the designated parking area at the trailhead. Note that parking is free, but make sure to arrive early to secure a spot.

Public Transportation
To reach Wadi Ghuweir via public transportation, you can take a bus from Amman to Madaba. Once in Madaba, look for a local taxi or shared taxi that can take you to Mujib Nature Reserve. The taxi ride should cost around 15-20 JOD. Once you arrive at the Mujib Nature Reserve entrance, you can either walk or hire a guide to take you the remaining 3 km to Wadi Ghuweir. Be prepared for a potential guide fee of approximately 10-15 JOD.

If you're staying at a camp within Mujib Nature Reserve, you can hike to Wadi Ghuweir. Start from the camp and follow the marked trails towards the Wadi Ghuweir area. The hike is fairly straightforward and will take you through some beautiful landscapes. Be sure to wear appropriate footwear and carry sufficient water. This is a free option if you are already within the reserve.
