My BEST RECOMMENDATION EVER

My Name is Dominick Santariga I own Nature Horizons Tours, an American-based global DMC. I want to give my personal recommendation to Sun Pyramid Tours. Sun Pyramid Tours has been my on-the-ground tour operator partner in Egypt for six years, and they've never let me down once. Every single person inside their team, operationally, is a dream to work with. Miss Nada, Mr. Mahmoud, Mr. Ahmed, Miss Habiba, the list goes on. Too many to name. Every single person works with the same attitude. They truly care. They are not my business partners, they are my family in Egypt, and they take care of me like family. If you're looking for a personal recommendation on whether you should book a tour with Sun Pyramid Tours, I give my six-year recommendation right here. If you're looking for a personal recommendation to partnering with them, here is my recommendation and my best reference to work with them here. They are amazing. if you book a tour with Sun Pyramid Tours, you are booking a tour with a company who just cares. They truly care about your experience. Thank you to my team in Egypt. Egypt & Jordan Discovery Tour 12-Day Cairo, Nile Cruise, Petra, Dead Sea

Trip of a lifetime with Look at Egypt tours.

We just got back from a two weeks trip to Egypt with Look at Egypt tours. Thanks to the incredible team: Ayat our tour operator and Ezz, our tour leader, so patient and responsive. Very professionnal, They were pretty much available 24/7 and responded quickly :). They manage my schedule to respond our needs and modify it when needed (ex. Change hotel so I could be downtown in front of the Pyramids or modify/cancel the Jordan part because of the political situation, so we ended up adding a week in Egypt). The trip was well paced and we really felt, my husband and I, that we maximised our time. Our guides, in north and south Egypt, were knowledgable and our private driver, Saleh, drove us around securely and always on time in a clean car. Visit Egypt was a « bucketlist » projet and you made it possible. Thanks to you Look at Egypt tours :). You are definitely a 5 stars company!

2-Day Petra and Wadi Rum from Tel-Aviv

Very easy trip

The trip was amazing. Besides the consistent difficulty reaching Booking-tours, they were responsive and helpful when proactively contacted. Check with them via phone or website to see the most updated tour info, as we booked through TripAdvisor only to have to upgrade to a private tour, as they said group tours had been cancelled, not reflected on third-party websites. In the tour itself, it couldn't have gone smoother. We were assisted at all parts of the border crossing and were constantly supported by the amazing Israeli and Jordanian tour assistants. Eveyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and flexible with day plans. I would highly recommend this tour to those who know how to be responsible advocating their needs and persistent on communication.
