Public Bus
From the center of Salt, head to the main bus station located at the intersection of Al-Khader Street and Al-Hussein Street. Look for buses heading to Amman. The fare is usually around 0.50 JD. Once on the bus, inform the driver that you're going to Iraq Al Amir. The journey typically takes about 30-45 minutes. You will need to get off at the Wadi Al-Seer area and then walk towards the landmark.
Taxi
You can also take a taxi from the center of Salt to Iraq Al Amir. Simply find a taxi near Al-Hussein Square. Make sure to agree on a price before starting your journey. Expect to pay around 5-10 JD. The ride will take approximately 20-30 minutes depending on traffic.
Walking (if nearby)
If you are already in the vicinity of Wadi Al-Seer, you can walk to Iraq Al Amir. Start from the main road (Al-Hussein Street) and head south. Follow the signs towards Wadi Al-Seer, and keep walking until you reach the archaeological site. It may take about 30-40 minutes on foot, so wear comfortable shoes.
