Walking
Start your journey at the Salt Bus Station, located at Al-Ain St. Exit the station and head south towards Al-Hussein St. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with King Abdullah II St. Turn left onto King Abdullah II St and walk for about 1 km. You will pass by several shops and local eateries. Keep an eye out for the signs pointing towards Wadi As-Seir. After approximately 15 minutes, you will reach the Wadi As-Seir area. From here, look for signs directing you towards Qasr Al-Abed. The site is located about 500 meters further down the road on your right. Follow the pathway that leads up to the castle entrance.

From your location in Salt, head to the Salt Bus Station on Al-Ain St. Look for a minibus or a shared taxi heading to Amman. Inform the driver that you want to get off at Wadi As-Seir. The ride will take about 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. Once you arrive in Wadi As-Seir, exit the minibus and walk towards the main road. Look for signs for Qasr Al-Abed and continue walking for about 10-15 minutes along the road until you reach the entrance to the castle.
