Walking
Start at the center of Tafilah, specifically at the main square (Al-Mahatta Square). From the square, head southeast on Al-Quds Street. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Al-Hussein Street. Turn left onto Al-Hussein Street and walk for approximately 1 kilometer. You will pass several shops and local cafes along the way, which can serve as good rest points. After reaching the end of Al-Hussein Street, turn right onto Khresha Road and follow this road for about 2 kilometers. You will eventually arrive at the area known as Khresha, where ام الينابيع is located. Look for the local signs indicating the direction to ام الينابيع, as it is a popular spot.

From the main square in Tafilah, find the local bus station. Look for buses heading towards Khresha. The fare is usually minimal, and the ride will take approximately 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. Ask the driver to drop you off at Khresha, which is the closest stop to ام الينابيع. Once you exit the bus, walk in the direction of the local signs for ام الينابيع, which is about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop.
