Getting There

• Walking

  From the center of Tafilah, start at the main square (ساحة الطفيلة). Head east on Al-Hussein Street towards the Tafilah Museum (متحف الطفيلة), which is about 500 meters away. Once you reach the museum, continue straight for another 300 meters until you reach the intersection with Al-Mu'tasim Street. Take a right turn onto Al-Mu'tasim Street. Walk straight for approximately 1 kilometer until you reach the junction with the main road (Route 15). At this junction, you can use a local taxi or ask for shared transport options to ام طرفاه, which is around 10 kilometers from here.

• Public Transport (Bus)

  From Tafilah, make your way to the bus station located near the main square. Look for buses heading towards the nearby towns, as there may not be direct buses to ام طرفاه. Board a bus that goes to a town close to ام طرفاه, such as Al-Fujeij or another local stop. After you disembark, you may need to ask locals for directions or get a taxi to cover the remaining distance to ام طرفاه, which is approximately 3 kilometers away.

• Bicycle

  If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle in Tafilah. Start from the city center and head east towards Al-Hussein Street. Continue on Al-Mu'tasim Street for about 1 kilometer until you reach Route 15. Take a left onto Route 15 and cycle for about 10 kilometers. You will pass through scenic countryside and local villages before arriving at ام طرفاه.
