Car
If you're driving from Tafileh city to Har Yehuda, start on King Abdullah II Street heading south. Continue for about 10 kilometers until you reach the junction with the road leading to the Tafileh Highlands. Turn left onto this road and follow it for approximately 15 kilometers. You will see signs pointing toward Har Yehuda as you approach. Keep an eye out for scenic viewpoints along the way where you can stop and enjoy the view. Finally, follow the road signs to Har Yehuda, which will lead you right to the entrance of the mountain area.
Public Transportation
To reach Har Yehuda using public transportation, start at Tafileh's main bus station. Look for a minibus heading toward the Tafileh Highlands or the nearby village of Kharaz. The fare is typically around 1-2 Jordanian Dinars. Inform the driver that you want to get off near Har Yehuda. The journey will take about 30-40 minutes. After getting off, you may need to walk for about 2 kilometers to reach the entrance of Har Yehuda. It’s advisable to ask locals for directions if you're unsure.
Taxi
If you prefer a more comfortable and direct route, you can hire a taxi from Tafileh city to Har Yehuda. The taxi fare should be negotiated beforehand and will typically cost around 10-15 Jordanian Dinars for a one-way trip. The ride will take about 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic. Make sure to confirm with the driver that they know the location of Har Yehuda before starting your journey.
