Walking
If you are starting from the Umm Qais Archaeological Site, exit the site and head southwest towards the main pathway. Continue walking on this path for about 10 minutes until you reach a fork. Take the left path which leads slightly downhill. After about 5 minutes, you will see the entrance to the Roman Vaulted Shops on your right.
