Walking
If you are starting from the Umm Qais Archaeological Site, exit the site and head southwest towards the main pathway. Continue walking on this path for about 10 minutes until you reach a fork. Take the left path which leads slightly downhill. After about 5 minutes, you will see the entrance to the Roman Vaulted Shops on your right. It is marked by a stone archway and is located at coordinates MM4H+H4W.

From the Umm Qais Visitor Center, exit and head northwest. Walk along the main road for approximately 15 minutes. Keep an eye out for directional signs towards the Roman Vaulted Shops. As you approach, you will notice the area becoming more historical; continue until you reach the shops, located at MM4H+H4W.
