Getting there

Walking

From the center of Umm Qais, head north on the main street (King Abdullah Street) towards the Umm Qais Archaeological Park. Continue straight until you reach the park entrance. Once inside the park, follow the signs directing you to the West Theatre. The theatre is located towards the western part of the park, approximately a 10-minute walk from the entrance. As you approach, you will see the impressive ruins of the theatre framed by the scenic landscape.

Bicycle

If you are renting a bicycle in Umm Qais, begin at the central square. Cycle north along King Abdullah Street for about 800 meters until you reach the entrance of Umm Qais Archaeological Park. Once inside the park, continue cycling along the designated paths until you see signs for the West Theatre. The journey through the park will be approximately 2 kilometers, and you can enjoy the beautiful views of the surrounding hills and ancient ruins along the way.

Tourist Shuttle

Check if there is a local tourist shuttle service available in Umm Qais. If so, board the shuttle at a designated pickup point, usually near the main square or popular hotels.
