The Treasury is located within Petra; so, after parking, you’ll need to purchase an entry ticket to Petra (approximately 50 JOD for a day ticket). After entering, walk along the main Siq, a narrow gorge that leads to The Treasury. The walk takes about 20-30 minutes.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take a bus or a shared taxi from Aqaba or another nearby city to Wadi Musa. Once you arrive in Wadi Musa, locate local taxis or ask at your hotel about shuttle services to Petra. The cost for a taxi should be around 5-10 JOD, depending on your location.
