    If you are starting from the Dodge City Public Library located at 1001 N 2nd Ave, walk north on 2nd Ave for about 0.5 miles. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with E Vine St. The Carnegie Center for the Arts will be on your left at 701 N 2nd Ave. Look for the large sign outside the building.
