If you are in downtown Emporia, start at the intersection of 6th Avenue and Commercial Street. Head east on 6th Avenue for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Morse Road. Turn left (north) onto Morse Road and continue walking for approximately 1 mile. The National Teachers Hall of Fame will be on your left at 1701 Morse Rd. Look for the distinctive signage indicating the museum.

From the Emporia Transit bus stop near the Lyon County Courthouse on Commercial Street, board the bus heading towards the Emporia State University route.
