Get off at the stop at 63rd St & Prospect Ave. From there, transfer to Route 10 (to South Kansas City) and ride for another 15 minutes until you reach the stop at 68th St & Zoo Dr. The Kansas City Zoo & Aquarium will be a short walk from the bus stop.
