If you are starting from the Kansas City Power and Light District, walk to the nearest bus stop at 14th St & Grand Blvd. Take the bus route 51 heading south. Ride for approximately 15 minutes and get off at the stop on 18th St & Main St. From there, walk west on 18th St until you reach the intersection with Broadway Blvd. Turn right onto Broadway Blvd and continue walking north for about 10 minutes. You will see the Liberty Memorial Tower on your left as you approach Memorial Drive.

If you are near Union Station, board the KC Streetcar heading northbound towards River Market. Ride for about 5 stops until you reach the stop at 5th St & Main St. From there, walk west on 5th St until you reach Grand Blvd. Turn left and continue south on Grand Blvd until you reach 18th St. Turn right onto 18th St and walk west until you arrive at the Liberty Memorial Tower.

If you are already in the Downtown area, you can walk directly to Liberty Memorial Tower. Start at the National WWI Museum and Memorial, which is adjacent to the tower. From the museum entrance, simply walk towards the tower that is easily visible. It is a short walk of about 5 minutes, and you will enjoy the beautiful park surroundings along the way.

If you have access to a bike, you can ride to Liberty Memorial Tower from various locations in downtown Kansas City. One popular route is to start from the River Market area. Ride along the riverfront bike path heading south until you reach the intersection with 3rd St. Turn right onto 3rd St, then take a left onto Grand Blvd. Continue south on Grand Blvd, then turn right onto 18th St. The tower will be on your left, and this route takes about 20 minutes.
