Start from the main entrance of Konza Prairie Biological Station. Head southeast on Konza Prairie Road toward K-177. Turn left onto K-177 North and continue for about 8 miles. Take the exit for Manhattan and merge onto US-24 W. Continue for approximately 5 miles. Take the exit toward Denison Ave and merge onto Denison Ave. The K-State Insect Zoo will be on your right at 1500 Denison Ave, Manhattan, KS 66506.

From Konza Prairie Biological Station, you will need to first reach the nearest bus stop. Drive or arrange for a ride to the nearest town with public transportation options, which is Manhattan. Once in Manhattan, you can use the local bus service (MTA - Manhattan Area Transit Authority). Check the bus schedules for routes that lead to K-State University. The closest stop to the K-State Insect Zoo is near the university campus. From there, it's a short walk to the zoo located at 1500 Denison Ave.
