From downtown Lawrence, head to the nearest bus stop on Massachusetts Street. Take the Lawrence Transit bus Route 11 towards the Lawrence Bus Station. Once you arrive at the station, transfer to a bus heading to Kansas City. This bus will take you directly to the Kansas City Airport where you can catch a flight to Boston. Upon arriving in Boston, you can take the MBTA subway (Green Line) towards Kenmore. Get off at the Boston University stop, which will place you right near Commonwealth Ave.

If you're staying in downtown Lawrence, you can explore the area on foot. Start at the Lawrence Public Library located at 707 Vermont Street. Walk south on Vermont Street until you reach 6th Street, then turn left. Continue walking until you reach Massachusetts Street, and then turn right. Follow Massachusetts Street until you reach the bus station at 9th and Massachusetts where you can catch a bus heading to Boston.
