If you are starting from downtown Lawrence, head southwest on Massachusetts Street. Continue walking for about 10 minutes, and you will pass several shops and restaurants. The Watkins Community Museum-History is located at 1047 Massachusetts St, on your left side, just after you cross 11th Street.

Locate a bus stop near your location and catch the Lawrence Transit System bus that goes towards the downtown area. You can take bus route 1 or 5. Get off at the Massachusetts Street & 11th Street stop. From there, walk north on Massachusetts Street for one block, and you will arrive at the Watkins Community Museum-History, which will be on your right at 1047 Massachusetts St.
