Walking
If you are starting from downtown Manhattan, head east on Poyntz Ave toward 4th St. Continue walking until you reach 4th St, then turn left (north) onto 4th St and proceed for several blocks. After about 0.5 miles, take a right onto Oak St. Continue on Oak St for about 0.2 miles, and you will find Sunset Zoo on your left at 2333 Oak St.
Public Transportation (Bus)
To reach Sunset Zoo using public transportation, find the nearest bus stop for the Riley County Transit. You can take the Route 9 bus, which will take you directly toward Sunset Zoo. Make sure to board the bus heading towards the Manhattan area. Stay on the bus until you reach the stop closest to Oak St, then walk the remaining distance toward 2333 Oak St, which is about a 5-minute walk.
Bicycle
If you prefer to bike, start from downtown Manhattan and head east on Poyntz Ave. Turn left on 4th St and continue north for a half mile. When you reach Oak St, turn right and bike for about 0.2 miles. Sunset Zoo will be on your left at 2333 Oak St. There are bike racks available at the zoo for parking.
