Continue on I-635 S until you reach the exit for I-70 E. Merge onto I-70 E and continue until you reach the exit for I-35 S. Merge onto I-35 S, then take the exit for I-670 E toward St Louis. Get off at the exit for US-169 N towards Gladstone. Continue on US-169 N and take the exit for NE Vivion Rd. Turn left onto NE Vivion Rd, and Penguin Park will be on your right at 4124 NE Vivion Rd, Kansas City, MO 64119. There is no parking fee at the park.
