Car
From any location in Northwest Kansas, head to US-83 S. Continue on US-83 S until you reach the junction with US-24 E near Oakley. Take US-24 E towards Colby. Travel on US-24 E for approximately 30 miles until you reach the town of Colby. In Colby, take the exit for I-70 E. Merge onto I-70 E and continue for about 60 miles. Take exit 76 for K-25 S towards Oakley. Continue on K-25 S for around 20 miles until you reach the junction with US-40 E. Merge onto US-40 E and drive for approximately 15 miles. Look for signs directing you to White Cloud, turn onto 3rd St once you enter the town. Follow 3rd St until you reach the Four State Lookout at 3rd St, White Cloud, KS 66094. Note that the last portion of the road may be rough, but the views at the lookout are worth the drive.
