Once in St. Joseph, take the exit for I-229 N toward St. Joseph. Merge onto I-229 N and continue for about 3 miles. Take exit 2B for US-169 N toward downtown St. Joseph. Merge onto US-169 N and follow it for about 1 mile. Take the exit for Penn Street. Turn right onto Penn Street, and you will find the Pony Express National Museum at 914 Penn St, on your left. There is parking available near the museum, but be aware of any potential parking fees in the area.
