If you're starting from downtown Topeka, head southwest on SW 6th Ave toward SW Jackson St. Continue straight for about 2 miles until you reach SW 29th St. Turn left onto SW 29th St and continue for about 1.5 miles. Turn right onto SW Skyline Pkwy. Burnett's Mound will be on your left at 3511 SW Skyline Pkwy.

From downtown Topeka, take the Topeka Metro bus route 1 (Central) towards the West Ridge Mall. Stay on the bus for approximately 20 minutes until you reach the stop at SW 29th St and SW Skyline Pkwy. From there, it's about a 10-minute walk to Burnett's Mound, which is located at 3511 SW Skyline Pkwy. Head west on SW 29th St, then turn left onto SW Skyline Pkwy and continue until you see the entrance.
