Follow the signs for the Singing Dune, which is approximately 30 kilometers away. The road will lead you through the scenic canyon area. Once you reach the fork in the road, keep left towards the Singing Dune. After about 10 kilometers, you will see parking areas designated for visitors. Note that there may be a small entrance fee for the national park, so have some cash ready.
