If you're driving from another area in Ile-Alatau National Park, head towards the main road leading to Almaty. Follow the signs to Almaty until you reach the intersection with Mahatma Gandhi Street. Turn left onto Mahatma Gandhi Street. Continue straight for about 3 kilometers, and you will see the Park of the Foundation of the First President on your right. Parking is available near the entrance.

To reach the Park of the Foundation of the First President by public transport, take a bus from the nearest bus stop in Ile-Alatau National Park that heads to Almaty. You can take bus number 7 or 28. Ride the bus until you reach the stop at Mahatma Gandhi Street. From there, it's a short walk (approximately 10 minutes). Head west on Mahatma Gandhi Street, and the park entrance will be on your left.
