From Astana, head southeast on Abay Avenue toward Almaty Road (A2). After approximately 25 km, take the exit toward Almaty (A2) and merge onto A2. Continue on A2 for about 40 km until you reach the junction with the Almaty District road. Turn left onto the unnamed road (4F3X+764) and follow the signs leading to Zigzagovyy Vodopad. The waterfall will be located a short drive along this road, and there will be parking available nearby.

Once you reach the final stop, you will need to arrange for a taxi to take you the remaining 15 km to Zigzagovyy Vodopad. The taxi ride should cost around 3000-4000 KZT.
