If you are starting from the Kostanay Central Park, exit the park towards Abai Street. Walk along Abai Street heading east for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with M. Gorky Street. Turn left onto M. Gorky Street and continue walking for approximately 800 meters. Victory Park will be on your right-hand side, just past the intersection with Tole Bi Street.

From the Kostanay Bus Station, take bus number 1 or 5 that heads towards the city center. Get off at the stop named 'Gorky Street'. From there, walk south along M. Gorky Street for about 500 meters. Victory Park will be on your left side, just before reaching the intersection with Tole Bi Street.

If you are staying at the Hotel Kazakhstan, exit the hotel and head west to Tole Bi Street. Turn right onto Tole Bi Street and walk for about 600 meters until you reach M. Gorky Street. Turn left and continue for another 400 meters. Victory Park will be on your right, right after the intersection.
