From the center of Bardstown, start at the intersection of Main Street and Stephen Foster Avenue. Head east on Stephen Foster Avenue toward the intersection with Bloomfield Road. Continue walking straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Bloomfield Road. Turn left onto Bloomfield Road. Walk along Bloomfield Road for approximately 1 mile. You will see Wickland, Home of Three Governors on your right at 550 Bloomfield Rd. The house is easily identifiable by its historical architecture.

If you prefer to bike, start at the Bardstown City Park located at 500 E John Rowan Blvd. Exit the park and head west on E John Rowan Blvd towards the intersection with Main Street. Turn right onto Main Street and continue straight until you reach Stephen Foster Avenue. Turn left onto Stephen Foster Avenue. Follow the previous walking directions from here: continue until you reach Bloomfield Road, turn left, and bike for about 1 mile. Wickland will be on your right at 550 Bloomfield Rd.
