Walking
Start your journey at the Bardstown Historic District, located near the intersection of Main St and 3rd St. From there, head south on 3rd St until you reach the intersection with Xavier Dr. Turn left onto Xavier Dr. Continue walking straight for approximately half a mile, and you will see the Bardstown Historical Museum on your right at 112 Xavier Dr. The building is easily recognizable with its signage.
Public Transportation
If you are near the Bardstown Transit Center, take the local bus service that heads towards the outskirts of Bardstown. Inform the driver that you would like to stop at Xavier Dr. Once you disembark, walk east on Xavier Dr for about a quarter of a mile, and the Bardstown Historical Museum will be located on your left at 112 Xavier Dr.
Bicycling
If you prefer to bike, start at the Bardstown Visitor Center on the corner of Court Square. Head south on 3rd St and then turn left onto Xavier Dr. Continue biking for approximately half a mile. The museum will be on your right at 112 Xavier Dr. There is a bike rack available for parking your bicycle.
