From the Bernheim Arboretum and Research Forest, head southeast on KY-245 S. Continue on KY-245 S until you reach I-65 N. Merge onto I-65 N and stay on it for approximately 10 miles. Take exit 136A for I-64 E toward Lexington. After about 2 miles, take exit 8 for 3rd St. toward downtown. Continue straight onto 3rd St. and turn left onto St. James Ct. The Conrad-Caldwell House Museum will be on your right at 1402 St James Ct, Louisville, KY 40208.
