After about 11 miles, turn right onto Yahoo Falls Road (look for signs indicating Yahoo Falls). Follow Yahoo Falls Road for approximately 5 miles until you reach the parking area at the Yahoo Falls trailhead. From the parking area, you will need to hike about 0.5 miles down the trail to reach the overlook. The road is paved, but be aware that it may be narrow and winding in sections. Parking is free.
