If you are traveling by car, head to Cumberland Plateau and get onto the US-127 N highway. Continue on US-127 N for approximately 30 miles until you reach the intersection with KY-90. Take the exit toward KY-90 and turn left onto KY-90 W. Follow KY-90 W for about 10 miles. You will then turn left onto KY-92 S, which leads you to the Yahoo Falls parking area. The falls are located within the Yahoo Falls Recreation Area, and you will find signage pointing you towards the falls from the parking area.

If you are relying on public transportation, your best option is to use a bus service to reach the nearest town, which is Monticello, Kentucky. Once you arrive in Monticello, you will need to arrange for a taxi or rideshare service to get to the Yahoo Falls Recreation Area as public transport does not extend directly to the falls. After arriving at the recreation area, you will need to hike approximately 1 mile on the designated trail to reach the falls. Be sure to wear comfortable hiking shoes and carry water.
