You can catch the TANK bus route 11 at the Covington Transit Center located at 4th and Madison Ave. Take the bus towards Cincinnati and get off at the 5th and Walnut stop. From there, walk one block north on Walnut Street to reach The Mercantile Library at 414 Walnut St #1100.

If you prefer walking, start at the Covington City Hall located at 20 W Pike St, Covington, KY. Head west on Pike Street to 6th St. Turn left on 6th St and walk until you reach the riverfront. Cross the Roebling Suspension Bridge into Cincinnati. Once across, continue straight on 5th St. Turn right onto Walnut St and walk two blocks to reach The Mercantile Library at 414 Walnut St #1100.

Start from the Covington Bike Share station at the corner of 6th St and Madison Ave. Ride west towards the riverfront, then cross the Roebling Suspension Bridge into Cincinnati.
