Public Transit
From Covington's Mainstrasse Village, walk to the nearest bus stop on W 6th St. Take the TANK Route 1 bus towards Cincinnati. After about 15 minutes, get off at the stop at 5th & Sycamore. From there, transfer to the Metro Bus Route 19 heading towards Eden Park. Ride for approximately 10 minutes and get off at Auburn Ave. Walk east for about 5 minutes to reach the William Howard Taft National Historic Site at 2038 Auburn Ave.

Walking
If you prefer to walk, start at the Covington Public Library on 2nd Street. Head north on 2nd St, crossing the river via the Roebling Suspension Bridge. Once you reach Cincinnati, continue straight on 5th Street. Turn left onto Auburn Ave and walk for about 15 minutes. The William Howard Taft National Historic Site will be on your right at 2038 Auburn Ave.

For those who enjoy biking, you can rent a bike from a local bike share station. Start at the Covington Riverwalk and head towards the Roebling Suspension Bridge. Cross the bridge and follow the bike lanes on 5th Street in Cincinnati. After about 1 mile, turn left onto Auburn Ave and continue for another half mile. The William Howard Taft National Historic Site will be on your right at 2038 Auburn Ave.
