If you are starting from downtown Cincinnati, head to the nearest bus stop and catch the Metro bus route 1 (Oakley). The bus will take you along Elm St. towards Reading Rd. After about 20 minutes, get off at the stop near Reading Rd & E 5th St. From there, walk north on Reading Rd for about 5 minutes to reach the Greater Cincinnati Police Museum at 308 Reading Rd.

From the Cincinnati Bell Connector Streetcar line, board the streetcar at any downtown station heading towards the Over-the-Rhine area. Get off at the Findlay Market stop. From there, transfer to bus route 1 (Oakley) at the nearby bus stop on Elm St. and follow the route towards Reading Rd. Get off at Reading Rd & E 5th St, and walk 5 minutes north to the museum.
