The ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive in Lexington, get off at the Greyhound station located at 101 W New Circle Rd, Lexington, KY 40505. From there, you can either take a local bus or a rideshare service to the Lexington Opera House.
Rideshare
If you prefer a more direct option, you can use rideshare services like Uber or Lyft. Simply download the app and request a ride from your location in Frankfort to the Lexington Opera House at 401 W Short St, Lexington, KY 40507. The trip will take about 30-40 minutes depending on traffic.
Train
Take a train from Frankfort to Lexington. Head to the nearest Amtrak station, which is in nearby Richmond, KY. You can reach Richmond by taking a local bus or rideshare. Once you arrive at the Richmond Amtrak station, board the train to Lexington. After arriving in Lexington, you can take a local bus or rideshare to get to the Lexington Opera House.
Walking
If you are staying in downtown Frankfort and enjoy walking, you can take a scenic route through the city. Head towards the Frankfort Riverwalk and follow it along the Kentucky River until you reach the Capital Avenue. Continue on Capital Avenue until you reach Versailles Road (US-60). From there, take a bus or rideshare to reach Lexington as it's too far to walk directly.
