From downtown Frankfort, walk to the Frankfort Transit Center located at 1100 E Main St. Catch the Blue Line bus heading towards Lexington. Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes until you reach the last stop at the Lexington Transit Center. From there, it's a short walk to Triangle Park, located at 400 W Main St, Lexington, KY 40507. Head west on Main St for about 0.4 miles until you see the park on your left.

If you prefer biking, rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Frankfort. Start at the Kentucky River Walk and follow the path that leads out of Frankfort towards Lexington. The ride is approximately 14 miles and will take around 1 hour. Once you arrive in Lexington, follow the signs to downtown and make your way to 400 W Main St to reach Triangle Park.
