Car
If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Inner Bluegrass, Lexington. Head northeast on Main St toward E 3rd St. Continue to follow Main St, then merge onto US-60 E. After approximately 3 miles, merge onto I-75 N/I-64 E toward Cincinnati. Stay on I-75 N for about 6 miles, then take exit 115 for Newtown Pike toward Lexington. Turn right onto Newtown Pike and continue for about 2 miles. Turn left onto Airport Rd. The Aviation Museum of Kentucky will be on your left at 4029 Airport Rd, Lexington, KY 40510. There is free parking available at the museum.

For those using public transportation, take the Lextran bus route 12, which connects various parts of Lexington, including downtown. Board the bus at a stop convenient to your location and ride towards the Blue Grass Airport. Get off at the stop closest to the airport, then it is approximately a 10-minute walk to the Aviation Museum of Kentucky.
